It's is time to feel the healing energy of Mother Earth as it transitions to a new season. A time to recharge, reset and create new intentions.
An opportunity to be open to a transformation as we reflect and we consciously link our awareness to the cycles of nature and of course our understanding of our own cycles. .
The fall represents the harvest time to acknowledge growth and expansion as a natural evolution of our organic beings. Our lives go through cycles of growth, death, rebirth just as we see in nature. Remembering we are part of nature in everyway.
Every piece of wisdom of this universe already resides within us.
