Guided Meditation Series

Have you ever thought of meditation and not knowing how to begin or

maybe your out of practice ? When I began many years ago, I had no idea what I was doing and when I asked around they said just sit still and breathe.

Well I do want to share with you that I became frustrated and disappointed.

It took me years to really understand meditation.

There are days that it just doesn't happen and there are other days I want to sit for hours.


I am here to share the joy of meditation!!! Because it allows the opportunity to let go of everything and embracing the moment of stillness.


And of course there are so many reasons that modern science has found numerous physical, emotional, and mental health benefits of regular meditation include:

Join a me in a 4 week series every Wed, from Oct 30th to Nov 20th

Theme " Autumn Season - Letting go".


We will experience together a guided visualization filled with lovely imagery

as you will be taken on a journey to your sacred space.

Beginners are welcome.
