Once again we will be hosting a wonderful one day retreat.
JOIN US as we unravel the sacred rhythm of our transformation.
A retreat where we create space for your wellness, an opportunity
to reset your soul-self, letting go of the old patterns and bring in more love
and more joy to raise your vibration.
Together we will experience the rhythmic change to the season.

With the crispness in the fall air we will be meditating together, Sacred Reiki Healing, Opeing our hearts with Cacao, Drumming
Journey, mindful walk in nature and so much more.
