It is wonderful to work with great clients. I was asked not to long ago
"What do I do or can I take something in-between my Reflexology sessions".
My response is always being aware of your self care is the first step to continue the wellness in your everyday life.
As a holistic practitioner, I've been working with acupressure points all these years in my therapies and treatments. It's amazing what we can do when we address challenges in the body in this way. I love bringing relief to my clients, helping guide you in your wellness journey, giving self-care tips and strategies to help you manage each day.
So back to the question "As a practitioner, what are you adding to your practice and what can I do to improve my health in between sessions" . Personally , I am adding phototherapy in a form of a tiny patch as a way to stimulate these points and extend the benefits of my services to those who really want to feel healthier.
I am so excited because the tiny patches as a wellness technology has been around for 20 years.

Did you know our body emits heat, including heat in the infrared spectrum. I've been learning that by trapping that heat and reflecting it back to stimulate certain points, we can get some amazing health benefits. The Phototherapy patches is a safe and wonderful way to raise the bar for your wellbeing.
I'm not sure if this is for you but here are some of the outcomes people are experiencing:
· Support relief of minor aches and pains
· Enhance sports performance
· Improve mental clarity
· Improve skin appearance
· Provide energy & vitality
· Speed up recovery from falls and even exercise
If you are curious to see and learn more I have a couple of Age Reversal Overview Sessions in the upcoming weeks and I'd love to invite you as my guest so we can dive-in !
Looking forward to hearing from you!
